In December, Josh Duggar was found guilty on charges of possession and receiving child pornography. Although his problematic behavior has been an issue for a long time, this is the first time the eldest Duggar son has faced legal repercussions. His sentencing is scheduled for April, but Josh was taken into custody immediately after his conviction.

Now, he’s been released from jail in advance of his 12 year prison sentence.
